Angel Landscapes & Groundworks ("we", "us", "our") is a sole trader based at 77 Pevensey Road, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO21 5NZ. We are the data controller for any personal information you provide to us.
2. Information we collect
- Name, phone number and email address when you request a quote
- The job address and details you share with us about the work
- Any photos, plans or documents you choose to send
3. How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange site surveys, provide quotes and carry out the work you instruct. We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.
4. Lawful basis
We process your data under "legitimate interests" (responding to your enquiry) and, once you accept a quote, under "contract".
5. Sharing
We may share information with trusted subcontractors, suppliers, our accountant or insurers where strictly necessary to deliver your job. We do not transfer data outside the UK.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 2 years. Job records and invoices are kept for 7 years to meet HMRC requirements.
7. Your rights
