Do you supply your own plant and operators?
Yes. We supply diggers from 0.8T micro upwards, dumpers and experienced operators on day or weekly rates, either as part of a priced package or as supply-only to your site team.
Which areas do you cover for commercial work?
Bognor Regis, Chichester, Arundel, Littlehampton and the surrounding West Sussex area. We travel further for larger contracts — call to check.
Can you work around a live, trading site?
Yes. We phase works, protect access routes and can start out of hours or at weekends so pedestrian, staff and delivery routes stay open while the groundworks run.
How is a commercial quotation priced?
We visit the site, check access, services and ground conditions, then issue a written itemised quote with labour, plant, materials and muck away separated so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Do you handle muck away and waste removal?
Yes. Spoil, rubble, concrete and green waste are loaded and removed, with grab or tipper access arranged where the site allows. Waste is carried by licensed carriers.
Can you dig foundations to engineer's drawings?
Yes. Strip footings, pad bases and trench fill are dug to your engineer's or Building Control drawings, with levels and buried services photographed before they're covered up.
Are you insured for commercial contracts?
Yes — we carry public liability insurance and can provide certificates, method statements and risk assessments before starting on site.
Need the site maintained after handover?
We also cover ongoing commercial grounds maintenance — surfaces, drainage, vegetation and hard landscaping repairs on contract.
