Do you work on a contract or ad-hoc basis?
Both. We can quote a scheduled contract — monthly, quarterly or seasonal visits — or price one-off reactive works such as a blocked gully, a sunken car park bay or a collapsed edging.
Which areas do you cover?

Can you work outside trading hours?
Yes. Where a site is live — a shop, pub, nursery or office car park — we can start early, work weekends or phase the works so access stays open.
Do you remove the waste you generate?
Yes. Spoil, rubble, arisings and green waste are loaded and taken away as part of the quoted price unless you'd rather retain material on site.
How do you price maintenance work?
Either a fixed price per visit for a defined schedule of works, or day rates for plant and operator where the scope isn't fixed. Quotes are itemised so labour, plant, materials and waste removal are separated.
